Construction was started in November 2015 on the luxury apartment complex. Uno features two retail units on the ground floor and an office on the first floor. it also includes ten apartments. Duo offer ten boutique apartments each with its own balcony. The design of the project has taken its inspiration from Auckland’s super yacht industry with the architects utilsing durable materials inculding high-gloss lacquered panels and hardwood decking.
